Kvisto
Kvisto is an iOS application that helps you redesign interior and exterior spaces with AI. You can upload or capture room photos, choose styles and materials, generate before-and-after design results, explore inspiration, save projects, and purchase Credits for AI generation.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kvisto handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using Kvisto, you agree to this Policy.
Depending on how you use the app, Kvisto may process:
Kvisto does not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location for app use.
Image data is processed solely to provide Kvisto’s core interior and exterior design features — including AI Room Makeover, walls/floors/ceilings/curtains redesign, furniture replacement, exterior makeover, and color palette previews.
OpenRouter receives the request and routes it to a Google Gemini model to generate the result. OpenRouter states that it does not use API inputs or outputs for model training. Downstream provider retention and training practices can depend on the selected route, provider, paid or unpaid service tier, account privacy settings, and applicable provider terms.
Kvisto therefore does not promise zero retention or immediate deletion by OpenRouter or Google unless the production account configuration and provider terms in effect for the request support that promise. Service providers may retain limited request, response, usage, or security data for abuse prevention, service operation, legal compliance, or other purposes described in their terms. If you save a design, the source and resulting images are stored locally on your device under Projects until you delete them or use Clear Data in Settings.
You can change these permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but will not block unrelated parts of the app.
AI redesigns consume Credits. Credits may be granted on first install and purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment processing is handled by Apple. Kvisto stores your Credit balance and purchase fulfillment records needed to deliver Credits on your device.
Clearing saved designs does not remove your Credit balance.
We do not sell your personal information or share your photos for advertising. We disclose photos, prompts, design selections, and generated content to OpenRouter and the selected Google Gemini model provider as necessary to provide AI generation. If you use iOS Share sheet features, additional sharing is initiated by you and handled by the destination apps or services you select.
Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple’s privacy practices when you buy Credits.
Kvisto is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Kvisto is offered through the App Store. If you use the app from outside your home country, your information may be processed in locations where the service operates, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published. Continued use of Kvisto after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
